Introduction

 

 

Indeed,  ICT have been used (portable, video-projector, software presentation) for the presentation of the activities, the evaluation report and the report on results and dissemination.  

It has been worked in collaboration for the study and identification of possibilities of collaboration among the partners, administration of the project and study of dissemination actions.

 

 

 

Evaluation

 

 

Þ      To intensify the interaction among the school centres. 

Þ      To identify the results of the project. 

Þ      To disseminate the results.

 

 

However these problems are not common to all the partners.

It has been observed  the interest to know the activities developed up to  now in all the institutions. The following way are useful tool for dissemination:

 These initiatives have been put on in common, later in a combined session.

o       The importance of a contact person to take the co-ordination of each activity has been shown.

o       It is recommended to carry out very concrete and simple activities of collaboration initially.

 

Teacher’s ICT formation

 

 

 

Dissemination.

 

 

§         UCA has carried out a presentation on dissemination of the results of the project. In this sense it has been shown the interest of identifying products or methodologies that are estimated as results, and that they can interest to other people or institutions. Some of them have been identified:

o       The carried out pedagogic activities. 

o       The capacities and attitudes developed by the students  

o       The CREA methodological proposal. 

o       Resources and experience in the use of the ICT in the education. 

o       Teachers' formation in ICT. 

o       Evaluation of the impact of the ICT in the centres.. 

o       European integration in the environment of the education.. 

o       The CREA net of collaboration.  

o       The project web-site. 

o       The web-sites  of the partners. 

o       The CREANET electronic bulletin.

 

 

o        Meeting among the students of the different centres (CEI) 

o        A CD ROM with the history of L'Alma, web site, Internet (IA) 

o        Activity ' Work and professions': web site, electronic newspaper and e-mail (CNSL) 

o        Electronic newspaper (IA)

 

§         It has been shown the interest of carrying out dissemination at local, regional and national level by each partner.

 

 

 

Project management.

 

 

 

§         It has been cleared up and deepened in the understanding of the activities of teachers related with the project, and in the importance that a good time accounting dedicated to them, for the administration and financing. A list of the types of teachers’ activities related with CREA is the following one:

o         Teachers' training in ICT, included the self formation. 

o         CREA activities during the class time. 

o         Preparation and evaluation of the CREA activities. 

o         Study of the activities of the other partners 

o         Time of educational use of the ICT (video projector, Internet, use of resources...)  

o         Documentation reading (CREANET,...) 

o         Coordination meetings 

o         Communication and collaboration with teachers and students in activities of the project.

o         ...

 

§         It has been intended the elaboration of an on-line form to send data on the hourly dedication.

 

o         30/4/02 to compute the personal dedication from the 30/9/01. 

o        10/5/02 to receive in the UCA the necessary information to make the report

 

 

 

 

It has been agreed that it is better a fortnightly frequency.

 

It has been agreed to dedicate the rest of the academic year to stimulate the interaction and the collaboration among the partners, and to obtain experience of it. Next year, using  this  experience,  activities of collaboration will be planned from the beginning of the school days.

The study of the activities developed in the last term of this course and the planning of the new activities will be the basic objectives of the next meeting, to take place in Palermo at the end of September or at the beginning of October 2002
