D.Bonetón y Gilles de Boissieu (gdeboissieu@yahoo.fr) teachers of the French educational center L'Alma (http://www.ecl-alma.com) are carrying out a project related with the thematic of the heart (illnesses, prevention, medicine, sport...)

Los alumnos podrán escoger el tema a tratar de una lista que le ha sido propuesta. Trabajarán en grupo con su profesor y una documentalista Sra. Benenous. Cada grupo tiene la opción libre de presentar su trabajo como un documento, collage o cartel.

Los temas sobre los que versa el estudio son:

• The history of the medicine of the heart
• Heart and lifestyle
• Heart and sport
• The major illnesses of the heart
• The heart and the technique (transplantation)
• The heart. The cigarettes, the drugs and the alcohol
• The heart in the animals
• The heart and the feelings (depression, stress...)
• Inequalities in the illnesses of the heart at world level
• Prevention.
• Inheritance
• The illnesses of the heart that limit to work

Besides developing the thematic elected, the pupil will sponsor a heart sick person of the French association "Mecenat Cardigan" looking for the means to finance the surgical operation to which will be subjected.
