"Competition of logos"
It is an activity that has been carried out in the school of Santa María's Port (http://www.terra.es/personal8/esclapuerto /) Their professor of Computer science, Emilio Sánchez (eminoesanpri@terra.es) it outlined their students to carry out a competition: to create logos for the project CReA and then to select a winner as symbol of the students CReA.
In the realization of the activity the pupil has learned how to use different tools of graphic design and now, we can see the result in a virtual gallery that picks up all the designed logos (http://webs.ono.com/usr035/crealogos /)
Completed the activity the pupils has valued the experience and the picked up information shows that:
- The pupil values the activity like motivational (middle: 7.1) and it highlights that it is very satisfied of working in team (middle: 6.9)
- The activity has favored that the pupil makes decisions on its own work and the use of different design techniques (opinion of 75% of the pupil).
- 83% of the students has not had difficulties with the TIC and 54% it indicates that it has applied that learned in other programs to one new (Paint Shop Pro)
- 61% of the students highlights the opportunity to work with a material that stimulates its imagination as well as a search attitude and curiosity
