Sharing applications/writing in Netmeeting
Introduction:
By means of this technology, a group uf users will be able to share applications or programmes installed in their computers, so that to expose a project, a work or even to give a lesson through the net.
Methodoloy:
- To execute Netmeeting
- To dial the person or people's IP address with whom we want to connect (select 'new call' at the 'call' menu). We can also do it by e-mail, executing the MSM programme (Microsoft messenger) and selecting the 'initiate Netmeeting' option.
- If we want to organize a conference we shall select 'organize a conference' at the 'call' menu, so that letting interested participants to join us.
- Next we sall select the 'share' icon in Netmeeting, which must be active, and we sall select the application which we want to share and which must be previously open in our computer.
